Return Policy – CareZuva
We offer a 15-day return period, which means you can request a return within 15 days of receiving your item.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

Unused, unworn (if applicable), with all original parts and in the original packaging.

A proof of purchase or invoice is required.
How to Request a Return

Returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will review the issue and ensure a suitable solution.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized products.

Items that are clearly used or not in their original condition.

Sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return your current one. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order.
Right of Withdrawal (EU)
If goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing any reason. The same conditions apply: unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at info@carezuva.com.
