All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Costs

We proudly offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
There are no hidden fees, handling charges, or minimum order requirements.

3. Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Europe: 10–20 business days

  • North America: 10–20 business days

  • Asia & Oceania: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and local postal services.
Public holidays and unforeseen carrier delays can also affect delivery times.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link via email, allowing you to follow your package every step of the way.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order takes longer than expected to arrive, please contact us at info@carezuva.com.
If a package is lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or full refund after verifying the issue with the shipping carrier.

6. Damaged Items Upon Delivery

Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt.
If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours at info@carezuva.com and include photos of:

  • The damaged item(s)

  • The packaging (inside and outside)

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

7. Customs & Import Fees

All international orders are shipped duty-free from our fulfillment centers.
However, in rare cases, local customs authorities may apply additional import taxes or duties. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
